Definitions

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
‘Supplier’ means SecurityCAM Ltd Trading as COP Alarms whose office is at:
Registered Office: Office R/O, 724 High Road, Leytonstone, London, E11 3AJ
Registered in England and Wales No. 05404245. VAT No. 853 787 82.
‘Goods’ means the goods or services supplied by SecurityCAM Ltd website address: www.copalarms.co.uk.
‘Customer’ means the person or company who purchases or agrees to purchase goods or services from SecurityCAM Ltd.

Customer Support and Service

If you have a problem with any of the goods we supply and install, you should phone us on 020 3411 2468 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday or email us at customercare@securitycam.co.uk, and we will be pleased to offer you technical support.
If we are unable to rectify the problem over the phone, we will have to send an engineer for a call-out to your premises to repair or replace any faulty goods. Call-out charges may apply. If you have faulty products that are within your warranty period, the faulty products will be replaced and installed free of charge.

Bookings & Payments Accepted

On confirmation of customers’ orders, there is a 50% deposit made payable to SecurityCAM Ltd up to 2 weeks prior to installations. The remaining balance being payable on completion of your installation. We accept valid Visa, MasterCard, credit and debit cards.

Confirmation of Payment

Payments made by customers using debit or credit cards will be authorised by our third party FISERV. SecurityCAM will send the customer confirmation of any payments by email in electronic format.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of placing your order. If you have an installation date already confirmed for any products to be installed, there will be an administration charge of £150 for cancelling your order within 48hrs of the installation date.

Currency of Transaction

All prices are in £ Sterling. Any orders placed with SecurityCAM Ltd will be converted from £ Sterling into your currency by your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change all the time and even the online currency conversion rate displayed here may differ to the rate when your transaction is processed by your credit card company.

Errors on Your Bill

If you find a mistake on your bill, you can dispute the charge and withhold payment on that amount while the charge is being investigated. The error might be a charge for the wrong amount, for something you didn’t accept, or for an item that wasn’t delivered as agreed. Of course, you still have to pay any part of the bill that’s not in dispute, including finance and other charges.

Privacy and Security

Our online payment service has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. When you make an online payment, you will be requested to provide your personal contact details. If there is a problem or query with your transaction, this information will greatly assist us should we have to contact you. This personal information will be used for no other purpose and is subject to the SecurityCAM’s Data Protection Registration.
Actual financial transactions are hosted by FISERV, a third party Internet financial service which provides a secure environment to protect your transactions. Your credit/debit card information is NOT transmitted outside the secure site.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website.

SecurityCAM reserves the right to change these Terms and any other information it has issued about the products and services on this website at any time.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any order.
