As part of a complete burglar alarm package, we provide Standard & Fully Comprehensive Monitoring & Maintenance service packages for your COP burglar alarm system. These include our engineers visiting your premises on a regular basis and performing checks on your alarm system ensuring it is fully working and operational. With access to engineer support 24 hours a day and our Alarm Receiving Centre, rest assured that we are taking good care of you.

Standard Monitoring & Maintenance

Keyholder Response: Our Keyholder Response service has proven to be very popular in providing you with a monitored burglar alarm system at a very reasonable price. We can notify you and your keyholders fast in the event of an alarm activation keeping you informed all the time. We will also carry out a routine inspection of your COP burglar alarm system once a year making sure it is fully working and operational. With 24 hour access to our Alarm Receiving Centre, rest assured that we are keeping an eye over your property when your not.

  • Standard 12 months products warranty
  • Access to Custodian Alarm Receiving Centre 24 hours a day everyday
  • Provision for minor adjustments of your system during an inspection
  • Full reporting of maintenance visits by email fax or letter
  • Remote Engineering Support over the telephone
  • *Resetting of your COP Alarm, i.e. reset over the phone

Comprehensive Monitoring & Maintenance

Police, Fire, & Keyholder Response: Our Comprehensive Monitoring & Maintenance package includes a full response service with two inspections of your COP burglar alarm system every year. We have a dedicated team on hand to provide an emergency call-out service within 4 hours to your property. You will also be connected for a Police & Fire response (if smoke sensor installed) to your property.

Comprehensive Monitoring & Maintenance includes:

  • Engineer Support 24 hours a day every day
  • Routine inspections of your COP Burglar Alarm
  • Access to our Alarm Receiving Centre 24 hours a day everyday
  • Provision for minor adjustments of your system during an inspection
  • 4 hour response to all emergency call-outs subject to contract
  • Lifetime products warranty as a result of normal wear and tear
  • Free fitting of replacement parts as a result of normal wear and tear
  • Full reporting of maintenance visits by email fax or letter
  • *Engineer call-out charges
  • **Resetting of your COP Alarm, i.e. reset over the phone
  • Remote Engineering Support over the telephone
